Emergency Action Plan (EAP) - Annual Report

Program Description

Cal/OSHA requires employers to create and maintain an emergency action plan for evacuations and responding to different types of emergencies in the workplace.

The EAP must be workplace-specific and must be updated whenever procedures or policies change.

The EAP program is available on the EH&S website.

CY 2024 Update

In CY 2024, the Emergency Action Plan, (EAP), on the EH&S website was modified to include elements of the Facilities Services Fire Prevention Plan.

The Office of Emergency Services, (OES), is proceeding with the development and implementation of a new master Emergency Response Plan, (ERP), for the University.
