Employee Medical Monitoring Program

Medical screening and monitoring is the process of evaluating the health of employees, as it relates to potential exposure to hazardous agents in the workplace. Inclusion in the occupational medical screening and monitoring program is based on industrial hygiene surveys, regulations and guidelines that include medical monitoring requirements, and medical advice in which exposures to various stressors are evaluated.
