Food Safety Program - Annual Report

Program Description

The Food Safety Program establishes acceptable operating standards for food service at temporary events, including meetings, conferences, and other special events.

These requirements shall apply when any organization or individual proposes to sell, give away or vend food or beverages in any manner at temporary events.

 

CY 2023 Update

The Food Safety Program is available on the EH&S website and is managed by Student Affairs and Enrollment Management (SAEM). 

The Food Safety Permit is evolving, with best practices mutually agreed upon by SAEM and EH&S.
