The San Francisco Hazardous Material Unified Protection Agency (HMUPA), usually referred to as a CUPA*, requires all workplaces with a submitted Hazardous Materials Business Plan to conduct quarterly inspections of hazardous materials storage and use areas.
SF State has created a custom inspection checklist to document these inspections.
